
Different people have different ways to stay healthy. Some people like to exercise, jogging or weightlifting because these exercises are good for maintain a good body shape. Other people like to stay healthy by eating healthy foods, such as Vitamin C, Whey Protein and Lutein. In order to stay healthy and enjoy my life, I like to exercise and eat healthy foods.
For example, I like to Push up, Jogging and play basketball. The reason I like to Push up is Can build muscles. I also like to Jogging because Training vital capacity. Finally, I often like to play basketball because Can sweat a lot.
In terms of eating healthy foods, I like to eat Vitamin C, Whey Protein and Lutein at least one time a week. The reason I like to eat Vitamin C is because Improve physical endurance. I also eat Whey Protein because Increase muscle growth. Additionally, I like to eat Lutein because protect eyes.
I also think it is also important not to eat too much junk food. For example, I don’t think people should eat too much Fried food, High-calorie biscuits or Instant noodles because High oil and high sodium will make you obese.
In conclusion, if you want to stay healthy, I think it is important to eat a lot of Vitamin C, exercise by doing jogging and avoid eating too much Fried food.
